Terms and conditions
1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, assignments, and agreements between Viktoria Jensen Photography (“Photographer”) and her clients (“Client”), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 By booking a service, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Services
2.1 The Photographer provides photography and related services as described on the website and in offers.
2.2 The content and duration of a photoshoot are agreed upon in advance.
3. Rates and Payments
3.1 All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
3.3 In case of late payment, the Photographer reserves the right to suspend the delivery of services or products.
4. Gift Vouchers
4.1 Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for services provided by the Photographer.
4.2 A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
4.3 After the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used and no refund will be given.
4.4 Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellation by the Client must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. For later cancellations, the Photographer reserves the right to charge a fee.
5.2 The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule in case of force majeure (such as illness or weather conditions).
6. Delivery of Photos
6.1 Photos are delivered digitally in edited form, unless agreed otherwise.
6.2 The usual delivery time of photos is 2–4 weeks, depending on the nature and scope of the assignment.
6.3 The Photographer is not obliged to deliver unedited (RAW) files.
7. Copyright and Usage
7.1 All copyrights of the photos remain with the Photographer.
7.2 The Client receives a non-exclusive right of use for private purposes (such as social media, prints, albums).
7.3 Commercial use requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
7.4 The Photographer retains the right to use photos for her own promotion and portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
8.1 The Photographer is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the delivered photos.
8.2 The Photographer is not liable for loss of or damage to the Client’s property during the photoshoot.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal data of the Client will be treated confidentially and used only for administrative purposes and the execution of the agreement.

10. Governing Law
10.1 All legal relationships with the Photographer are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Photographer is based.
