What data we collect

Name, e-mail address, and the content of your message. Our servers also record technically necessary log data (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and error analysis.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data in order to handle your message and provide you with a reply (legitimate interest: communication with (potential) customers).

In addition, we use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Functional purposes: proper functioning of the site.

  • Statistics/analytics: gaining insights into website usage via Google Analytics/MonsterInsights (based on consent).

  • Marketing: showing relevant content or integrating with social media (based on consent).

Recipients/processors

We use third-party providers for e-mail handling, hosting, and web statistics. Data is not sold.

Retention period

Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 2 years after resolution, unless a statutory retention obligation or an ongoing agreement requires a longer period.
