Where are you based?
I’m based in Groningen but also work on location throughout the Netherlands. A photoshoot abroad is also possible.
Do you also travel abroad for photoshoots?
Yes, I love traveling abroad for photoshoots. Since every project and location is different, I always create a separate quote for international assignments. The price depends on travel and accommodation costs, but I’m happy to find a suitable solution together.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive the photos within three weeks after the shoot. If, for any reason, it takes a bit longer, I’ll let you know in advance.
Are travel expenses included?
For assignments within the city of Groningen, I do not charge any travel costs. Outside the city, travel costs are €0.23 per kilometer.
Are there any additional costs?
In some cases, additional costs may apply. If I need to be on location outside the province of Groningen before 8:00 a.m., an extra fee of €50 will be charged. Any parking costs will also be billed separately.
Do you work on location or in a studio?
I work both on location and in a studio. I do not have my own studio space, but if you prefer to be photographed in a studio, a suitable location can be rented. The rental costs are at the client’s expense.
What happens if it rains during an outdoor shoot?
Rain is of course always unfortunate during an outdoor shoot. For special occasions such as a wedding or a day that cannot be rescheduled, we make the best of it together. Sometimes that even results in unique photos. In other cases, we can see if it’s possible to reschedule the session or choose an alternative indoor location.
How will we receive the photos?
The photos are delivered through an online gallery, where you can easily view and download them. In some cases, it is also possible to receive the photos on a USB stick.
Can we order additional photos?
Yes, it is possible to order additional photos. The cost is €5 per photo.
Can we book additional hours?
Yes, it is possible to book additional hours. For portrait, couple, kids, and family shoots this is usually not necessary. For weddings, the rate is €250 per extra hour. For coverage exceeding 8 hours, the rate is €350 per hour.
How long are the photos stored?
The photos are stored for one month in a password-protected online gallery, where they can also be downloaded.
Can you help me find a suitable location?
Yes, I’m happy to help find a suitable location. In and around the city of Groningen, I know many beautiful spots that are perfect for different types of shoots. If the location is outside this area, we’ll look together for a place that fits the type of shoot and the desired atmosphere.
